- Select the version matching your operating system — currently supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux platforms.
- Click the download button and your browser will begin downloading the installer automatically. The file is approximately 50MB.
- After download completes, double-click the installer file to launch the setup wizard. Windows users may need to allow system permission prompts.
- Follow the setup wizard prompts to choose an installation path (default recommended), click Next until installation is complete.
- After installation, the DoggySpeed icon appears on your desktop. Double-click to launch, select your language, and accept the user agreement on first run.
2. How to register and login?
- Launch the DoggySpeed client and click the "Register" button on the main interface to enter the registration page.
- Enter your phone number or email address, click "Get Verification Code" — the system sends a code within 60 seconds.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code in the input field. The system automatically validates the code's correctness.
- Set your login password — it must be 8-20 characters. We recommend including letters, numbers, and special characters for security.
- Read and check "I have read and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy," then click "Complete Registration."
- After registration, you'll be redirected to the login page. Enter your credentials and click "Login" to access the main interface.
3. How to select nodes and acceleration modes?
- On the DoggySpeed main interface, click the central node selection area or "Select Node" button to open the global node list.
- Nodes are organized by region: Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Oceania. Each node shows latency and load status.
- Choose a node based on your needs — select US nodes for American websites, Japanese nodes for Japan game servers, etc.
- Click the "Mode" button to switch between three acceleration modes: Smart (auto-optimal), Gaming (low-latency priority), Global (all traffic).
- After selecting node and mode, click the "Connect" button. The system establishes an encrypted tunnel, typically within 3-5 seconds.
- Once connected, the button changes to "Connected" status showing current latency. Your network traffic now flows through the acceleration channel.
4. How to set auto-start on boot?
- On the DoggySpeed main interface, click the gear icon in the top-right corner to enter Settings, or use Tools → Settings from the menu.
- In the Settings center, select "General" or "Startup Options" from the left menu to access all startup-related configurations.
- Find the "Auto-start on boot" option and check the box to enable it. The system will automatically run DoggySpeed on next startup.
- If you want auto-connection after launch, additionally check "Auto-connect on startup" so no manual operation is needed after boot.
- You can also enable "Minimize to tray" so the app runs silently in the system tray without showing the main window.
- After all changes, click the "Save" button at the bottom. Settings take effect immediately for all future startups.
5. How to troubleshoot connection issues?
- First check if your basic internet connection works — open a browser and try visiting any website to confirm local network is functional.
- If local network is fine but DoggySpeed won't connect, try switching to a different node in the node list. Some nodes may be under temporary maintenance.
- Clear DoggySpeed's local cache data. In Settings, find "Clear Cache" option, click it, then restart the application and try connecting again.
- Check your firewall or antivirus settings to ensure DoggySpeed processes aren't being blocked. Add it to the whitelist if needed.
- If none of the above works, it may be a DNS issue. Try manually setting DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 in the settings.
- If the problem persists, click "Help & Feedback" in the client to contact support. Provide your system version and issue description for assistance.
6. How to contact customer support?
